Neurodiverse Training  ·  Led by those who live it

We train from lived experience

At Neurodiverse Training, our team is neurodivergent. We have navigated the same systems, barriers, and misunderstandings we train others to recognise. That is what makes what we do different.

Who We Are

Neurodiverse Training is a neurodiversity training organisation founded and led by neurodivergent people. We deliver training to healthcare professionals, employers, schools, and organisations - helping them understand, include, and better support neurodivergent people.

Our work is grounded in lived experience, not theory. Our trainers have navigated the same systems, barriers, and misunderstandings we train others to recognise.

"Real change comes not just from understanding neurodiversity, but from embracing it as a strength. That is the future we are building - one organisation at a time." Loren Snow, Founder and CEO

Our Values

Every value we hold exists because it solves a real problem - for the neurodivergent people we serve, and for the organisations that work with us.

We give first - so you can see what we are worth before you spend a penny.

We genuinely want neurodivergent people to have better lives and managers to feel confident supporting their teams. So we give real value before you commit - free resources, free webinar access for those who are unemployed, and honest advice on calls even if it means not hiring us. We earn trust by giving value first.

You get training that actually lands - from lived experience.

Most neurodiversity training is delivered by people who have read about it. Ours is delivered by people who have lived it - in the NHS, in social care, in education. That means the strategies we teach are ones we have actually used. Your staff leave with insight that sticks, not theory they forget by Friday.

You get the truth about what you actually need, delivered with sincere candour.

We will not sell you a programme you do not need. If a different approach would serve you better, we say so. If something in your organisation is the real problem, we name it. Honest feedback, delivered with care, is more useful than a polished pitch - and it is what gets you the result you came for.

You can trust what we say and how we show up - our unimpeachable character.

We talk from evidence. We do what we say we will do. We show up prepared, professional, and consistent - because we take the trust the neurodivergent community places in us seriously, and we carry that with pride. Our reputation is built on doing the right thing, every time, whether anyone is watching or not.

Our Mission. Our Values. Our Model.

Neurodivergent people deserve to live independently, do work we enjoy, and never be defined by what others think we cannot do.

We train people, workplaces, health professionals, and families to make that possible - not through ongoing support but through real understanding that changes how people think and act permanently.

01

We Give Value First

We start with the people who need it most and give. Free resources, information, content, and tickets - before anyone spends a penny.

02

The Strategies Work

Real strategies delivered with honest candour - useful the next day, not forgotten by Friday. That changes things for the people around them.

03

Results Create Advocates

Impactful strategies that work because they come from lived experience. The people we train recommend us to colleagues and leadership.

04

Organisations Bring Us In

Our character has already been proven. That trust means organisations book us. Real impact, real change, and funds to give more.

Perseus Allen
Perseus
Trainer
Perseus is autistic and has ADHD, both of which were late diagnoses. They deliver our session on mental health and autistic young people...

Growing up undiagnosed, mainstream education was not designed for them, and they were homeschooled for much of their education. From a young age they have had experience of both private and NHS-provided therapy and support, which shapes how they think about the systems that are meant to help young people.

Perseus is new to the NDT team and delivers the session on mental health and autistic young people - a session he has delivered to several hundred social care staff over the past year. For him, the most important thing is that nobody feels they do not belong or do not deserve to be themselves. Educating adults and professionals is the most powerful way to make that a reality.

Outside of work, Perseus spends his time reading, writing, and volunteering at Oxfam Books and Music. He has aspired to be an author since childhood - he would love to write books that give other young neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ people the same sense of belonging that helped him feel safe and represented.
