Kathryn Clark
I'm Kathryn and I am AuDHD. I work for Neurodiverse Training as Social Media Content Creator and Trainer. I have a passion for learning about neurodiversity, sharing support strategies and helping others understand how and why they (or their loved ones) think differently.
Who I Am
I'm Kathryn Clark - AuDHD, writer and creative. I joined Neurodiverse Training because, as an adult who was late-diagnosed with Autism and ADHD, I believe understanding how our brains work differently can be life changing and sharing this knowledge can help everyone. At Neurodiverse training, we share this knowledge through our training and online content that's engaging, warm and rooted in lived experience.
I went through the education system not really understanding how my brain worked but I loved learning. A love for written expression and storytelling led me to study English Literature at University and then a Master's in Writing for Young People. Before joining Neurodiverse Training, I worked in a variety of roles (classic ADHD) as a Bookseller and even a Costumed Tour Guide. In every role, I found my communication skills were one of my greatest strengths; I could communicate complex ideas in accessible, engaging ways.
At Neurodiverse Training, I create all of our social media content - from informative guides and seasonal posts to weekly webinar announcements and blog updates. I deliver webinars that combine practical strategies with the kind of warmth and understanding that only comes from lived experience. I also edit and write for our blog exploring neurodiversity topics in depth.
"I created the ADHD Strategies for Adults because I wanted to create a session which gave practical, accessible tools to try but most importantly help anyone who attended - especially those who are undiagnosed or late diagnosed - feel less alone, more understood and supported."- Kathryn Clark, on her ADHD Strategies for Adults webinar

Webinars I Deliver
I deliver four webinars for Neurodiverse Training, each designed to be practical, accessible, and grounded in lived experience.
My Blog Posts
I write regularly for the Neurodiverse Training blog, covering everything from practical ADHD strategies to book reviews and creative approaches to wellbeing. I also edit all of our team's blog posts before they go live. Here are a handful of mine - check out the full blog to see my latest ones.
