I founded Neurodiverse Training and have grown it from a one-person operation into a team of 8 employees and 42 freelance trainers, delivering to around 20,000 people every year. As CEO I oversee everything - strategy, employment law, contracts, systems, finance, tax, HR, and the day-to-day decisions that keep a growing company moving.

As Lead Trainer I personally deliver hundreds of in-person and online training sessions each year, keynote at around 20 national conferences annually, and lead the development of all our training content and resources. Every resource on this website was created by me or a member of our team - all rooted in authentic lived experience.

I have physically visited a significant proportion of the UK's psychiatric and long-stay hospitals as part of Care, Education, and Treatment Reviews (CETRs). I work alongside MDTs - occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, responsible clinicians, and more - to ensure that autistic patients receive care that genuinely accounts for their needs.

Beyond CETRs, my NHS work includes chairing meetings, co-ordinating service improvements, project management, training NHS staff, delivering at conferences, and informing policy. I have worked with families, commissioners, social workers, and care coordinators to keep autistic people in the community where they belong.

As one of Mencap's Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training lead trainers, I am deployed across the country to train the teams within NHS Integrated Care Boards and NHS organisations. Those teams then go on to train tens of thousands of NHS staff. My work and influence runs through NHS trusts across the entire country.

I am an Oliver McGowan Lead Trainer for the National Autistic Society, and I sit on the quality assurance panel for Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training - meaning I approve every single lead trainer across the programme. Neurodiverse Training also supports the National Autistic Society to train its social care and school staff across the South West.

Representing best practice in autism and neurodiversity across the country. I deliver training, chair meetings, support individuals, work with commissioners, and inform practice at a national level.

I have delivered training in many of the UK's psychiatric intensive care units (PICUs) and long-stay hospitals, helping clinical teams better understand and support autistic patients in their care.

Delivering Neurodiversity in the Workplace training for hundreds of organisations, leading the forefront of workplace understanding of neurodiversity across sectors.

As part of the NHS Autism Central Programme, I was on the phone to hundreds of families in crisis - loved ones of autistic people who were struggling and needed support, signposting, or someone to help them work through a genuinely difficult problem. I also trained the Bristol Autism Support team to deliver a wide range of new training products, through one-to-ones, shadowing, coaching, and ongoing mentoring.

I routinely delivered sessions on executive functioning, social care and carers' needs assessments, introductions to autism, EHCP guidance, demand avoidance, and much more.
