Neurodiverse Training 2025 Impact Report
A year of growth, impact, and real change - training over 20,000 people across the NHS, schools, and communities nationwide.
Introduction from Our CEO
We are a small team of neurodivergent professionals who provide training to organisations. We want to change workplace culture and improve lives. We are dedicated to ensuring that neurodiversity is understood, accepted and celebrated.
What drives us
Responsibility
We take our responsibility to the neurodivergent community seriously. Every piece of training we deliver is designed to create real, lasting change in how organisations support neurodivergent people. We hold ourselves accountable to the communities we serve.
Passion
Our team are neurodivergent professionals with lived experience. This is not just work for us - it is personal. That passion comes through in every session we deliver, every resource we create, and every conversation we have with the organisations we support.
Integrity
We are honest about what neurodivergent people face and what organisations need to change. We do not shy away from difficult conversations, and we treat every delegate, parent, and professional with the respect they deserve.
Pragmatism
We focus on practical, actionable strategies that people can take back to their roles immediately. Our training is grounded in real-world application - not just theory. We want delegates to leave with tools they can use the very next day.
We Trained 20,000+ People in 2025
Staff, professionals, parents and community members across the NHS, schools, and private organisations nationwide.
This year we’ve supported many local authorities and ICBs in their deliveries of Oliver’s Training and PINS. This has only been possible due to the hard work of Hats Darley, our Training Coordinator, arranging over 500 in-person and online sessions!
Reaching People Online
We launched our Instagram page, newsletter, and took our first steps in Meta advertising this year.

We recognise that as a society we need to do more to understand the needs of neurodivergent people. We have poorer life outcomes across every life domain.
