Given the organisation’s size and operating model, a qualitative baseline with structured monitoring is considered proportionate and appropriate.
As in‑person delivery expands, absolute Scope 3 emissions may increase in the short term. However, emissions growth is actively constrained through delivery planning, travel mode controls, and digital substitution where appropriate.
The organisation prioritises year‑on‑year reductions in emissions intensity, rather than absolute reductions alone.
