As in‑person delivery expands, absolute Scope 3 emissions may increase in the short term. However, emissions growth is actively constrained through delivery planning, travel mode controls, and digital substitution where appropriate.
The organisation prioritises year‑on‑year reductions in emissions intensity, rather than absolute reductions alone.
In late 2025 we implemented an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (Odoo), which has contributed to operational efficiency and reduced our digital footprint through:
- Consolidation of over 10 separate online platforms (including MS Forms, Dropbox Sign, and Monday.com) into a single integrated system, reducing duplicated digital infrastructure.
- Use of the ERP's built-in communication tools to significantly reduce internal email volume, lowering the energy demand associated with staff correspondence.
In early 2026 we implemented numerous automations to reduce intensive manual tasks such as certificate stamping and delegate emails.
