Neurodiversity training, delivered by those who actually live it.
Most neurodiversity training is awareness theatre delivered by people who have never lived it. We are neurodivergent professionals who have done the job - in the NHS, social care and schools - and trained over 20,000 people last year alone. If we are not right for you, we will say so on the call.
No hard sell. No obligation. We turn down work that is not a fit.
You have been sold awareness. You needed change.
Most providers hand you a slide deck and a tick box. Your staff forget it by Friday and nothing changes for the neurodivergent people you serve. Here is the difference.
Typical providers
- Trainers who have read about neurodiversity, not lived it
- Generic, off-the-shelf decks reused for every client
- Awareness with no Monday-morning strategy
- No proof it meets your statutory or CQC duty
- They take the booking whether you need it or not
Neurodiverse Training
- Every trainer is a neurodivergent professional from the field they teach
- Bespoke by default - shaped around your real organisation
- Practical strategies people use the very next day
- DHSC-approved, CQC-accepted, certified evidence per learner
- If we are not the right fit, we tell you - and say no
The numbers behind the trust.
This is not a side project. This is what we do, every week, across the country.
Four reasons it is safe to say yes.
No awareness theatre
Every trainer is neurodivergent and has worked in health, social care or education. The strategies we teach are the ones we have actually used - not theory from a textbook.
Inspectors trust it
Our Oliver McGowan delivery is approved by the Department of Health and Social Care, accepted by the CQC, and meets the code of practice. Certified evidence for every learner.
We will tell you no
We take on a limited number of clients and turn down work that is not a fit. You get the truth about what you actually need - even if that means not hiring us.
Bespoke, not boilerplate
Every programme is shaped around your real organisation or family. Built for Monday morning, not a one-size-fits-all slide deck.
Our founder has lived it and led it.
Loren has a career spanning over a decade supporting organisations like Mencap, the National Autistic Society, NDTi and the Diversity Trust. He works for the NHS in crisis prevention, diagnostics and training, and has delivered post-diagnostic support to tens of thousands of parents and carers.
He has coordinated cross-country and national projects for the NHS and local authorities, and has appeared on the BBC and ITV to discuss neurodiversity. As a neurodivergent individual himself, his work is personal - building workplaces where people like him can thrive.
Real people. Real lived experience.
Real lived and professional experience, working in healthcare, social care and education.
Major projects, not just one-off sessions.
