NHS England
We have worked with NHS England on their C(E)TR programme - several members of our team sit as panel members on Care and Treatment Reviews across the South West. We have been part of the South West Regional Board and the South West Working Group, working to improve processes, reduce hospital admissions, and make guidance clearer for NHS trusts, local authorities, schools, colleges and universities. We have been involved in projects around new psychiatric hospitals being built, updating guidance around capacity, consent and the Dynamic Support Register, and community engagement.
Maudsley Learning
We delivered and co-designed a series of training days and real-life hospital simulations for Maudsley Learning. The simulations are role-played in a building with real hospital beds - designed alongside Maudsley for the NHS in London.
NDTi
The National Development Team for Inclusion (NDTi) works to improve the lives of people with disabilities and older people. We have worked with NDTi through the C(E)TR programme, run an autistic adult support group in collaboration with them, and been involved in training around the new Dynamic Support Register guidelines. We have also supported a variety of their projects focused on improving outcomes for autistic people.
BILD
The British Institute of Learning Disabilities (BILD) leads the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training programme nationally. We were involved in the Tier 1 provisions during the trials of the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training - the early pilot phase that shaped how the programme was rolled out across health and social care.
Specialist Autism Organisations
Deep, long-standing partnerships with the organisations at the heart of autism support in the UK.
National Autistic Society
Working together on a huge range of projects over a decade. We have trained around 500 of their staff across their care home teams. For The Oliver McGowan Training we have also supported them with:
- National Lead Trainer approvals - approving the majority of Oliver McGowan Lead Trainers nationally
- Lead Trainer Training - training a significant chunk of the UK's Lead Trainers in autism, meaning many of the people who then went on to train facilitator trainers nationally came through us
Autism Central
Several members of our team served as Wraparound Coordinators and Peer Support Workers for Autism Central. Over three years, we ran scores of in-person support groups and coffee meetups, attended community events, and collaborated with a variety of parent carer forums to deliver sessions. We delivered countless hundreds of sessions and supported hundreds of families who were struggling. We also created their national session on Executive Functioning, and our content on Autism and Eating Difficulties was used across their programme.
Bristol Autism Support
Our connection to Bristol Autism Support goes back almost to the very beginning of the organisation - back when it was just a handful of people, and our founder was one of them. We have been with them since it was tiny and have been part of their growth ever since. Our founder trained their team to deliver training - around 10 people in the organisation were supported to become trainers. We developed many of the sessions they currently run and deliver to hundreds of families every year, including sessions on sensory processing. We also supported them with Autism Central, training their team members and delivering the training needed for the first three years of the programme.
Parent Carer Forums & Charities
Annual training partnerships delivering consistent, high-quality support to parent carers, school staff and charitable organisations.
Bristol Parent Carers
Every year we deliver around 15 training sessions for BPC and attend their yearly parent carer conference (Day of SEND). We also deliver training to around 300 school staff each year through their PINS projects.
North Somerset Parent Carers
We still work with North Somerset Parent Carers Working Together every single year. We run around 30 separate sessions annually for their families - multiply that by the number of families attending each session and you get a sense of the scale of support we provide.
Southern Brooks
We delivered around 25 six-week parenting courses for Southern Brooks, including ADHD parenting classes and Signet by Barnardo's - a structured programme supporting autistic and ADHD parents. Southern Brooks is a community development charity working across Bristol and South Gloucestershire to support communities to thrive.
Milestones Trust
Milestones Trust is a Bristol-based charity providing person-centred support to people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs. We have delivered a conference and consultancy work to support them in improving their services.
South Glos Parent Carers
We have delivered at a series of conferences for South Glos Parent Carers across many years. These conferences bring hundreds of families together to understand what support is available, what the NHS is doing, and how they can support their children. Across several years, we have delivered speeches and sessions to help those families - parents and carers who are navigating the SEND system and looking for answers.
Universities & Education
Bringing neurodiversity awareness into higher education institutions and academic communities.
UWE Bristol
Over several years, we delivered lived experience sessions on autism to students at the University of the West of England as part of their psychology courses. It is a pleasure to be part of these sessions - several members of our team have studied at UWE themselves, so it is genuinely meaningful to contribute to the same institution.
Sheffield Hallam University
We were invited to contribute to Sheffield Hallam University's Master's in Autism programme, bringing a lived experience perspective to their postgraduate students. We also have several members of our team who have studied under Sheffield Hallam's Masters programme themselves - so it is a pleasure to be on both sides of that.
Workplaces
Embedding neurodiversity awareness into organisations, unions and creative workplaces.
Second Step
Second Step is a Bristol-based mental health charity with a long and meaningful relationship with our organisation. They supported our founder, Loren Snow, during his younger years - and that relationship has transformed over time. Loren got some of their first training experience with Second Step, and now, every single year, we train all of their staff from management to volunteers, all new starters included. We have probably trained around 300 people through Second Step over the years - a genuinely ongoing partnership.
Cardiff Students' Union
Cardiff Students' Union is at the heart of Cardiff student life - here to support students to thrive and have their backs when things don't go as planned, in a safe, inclusive space where students can be who they want to be.
Their organisation embraces neurodiversity and understands that people naturally think, learn and experience the world in different ways.
“The training was a great reminder of how important it is to value these differences as strengths that enrich our workplace, bringing diverse perspectives, creativity and innovation. The training also highlighted practical strategies that we can apply in our everyday work, to help create an environment where everyone feels understood, respected and where all minds can thrive together.”
- Lucy Clementson-Mills, Head of People and Governance, Cardiff Students’ Union
Yeovil Art Space
We delivered Neurodiversity in the Workplace training for their team in 2025. Yeovil Art Space leads social change in Yeovil through creativity - a destination for creatives and wider audiences to gather, facilitating connection and collaboration.
Care Providers
Care organisations committed to person-centred, neurodiverse-aware practice.
Southern Healthcare
Southern Healthcare is an independent care provider committed to valuing meaningful relationships. We delivered Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training to their teams, supporting them to better understand and care for autistic people and people with a learning disability.
"Thank you to you and your team for providing us ... with the Oliver McGowan learning. We embrace person-centredness every day with the people we serve, and so person-directed care is very much part of our philosophy. Thank you for working alongside us.”
- Margot Whittaker, Director of Nursing and Compliance, Southern Healthcare
Government & Professional Bodies
Working with government organisations and professional bodies to embed neurodiversity awareness at a policy and practice level.
Bristol City Council
We have worked with Bristol City Council on neurodiversity training and consultancy, supporting their teams to better understand and serve neurodivergent residents and colleagues.
South Gloucestershire Council
We have been present in council meetings to provide consultancy on supporting autistic people across the area, as well as supporting feedback on their website to make things more accessible. We were also part of their Wellbeing College, delivering sessions as part of that programme.
Royal College of General Practitioners
We helped produce a series of videos for the Royal College of General Practitioners that went out to all GPs across the country about autism. A significant national project reaching every GP practice in the UK.
Department for Transport
We helped produce a series of videos for the Department for Transport that were distributed to all train drivers and all staff working at railway stations across the UK. A major national project reaching the entire rail workforce.

Loren has appeared on ITV to discuss neurodiversity, contributing expert commentary and lived experience to regional and national programming.
BCfm Community Radio

Faith Organisations
Supporting faith communities to better understand and include neurodivergent people in their congregations, workplaces and wider ministry.
Diocese of Leicester
The Diocese of Leicester is a family of over 320 churches in 234 parishes, almost 100 schools and academy trusts, and a growing number of fresh expressions of Church, in villages, market towns and the city of Leicester across 10 deaneries.
“With the Kingdom of God as our vision, we look to encourage every Christian in their faith, vocation and ministry as they grow in the depth of their own faith, share their faith in conversation with others, and look for opportunities to act in loving service of others.
Safeguarding all people and helping every person flourish in their God-given gifts is at the heart of who we are. Therefore, as an organisation we are committed to understanding more about neurodiversity in order to be better prepared to engage with those who have neurodiversity and what differences and needs neurodivergent staff might have in the workplace.
To work with Neurodiverse Training, and especially Loren Snow, has given us a real depth of understanding of neurodiversity is in all its forms, and why it matters in our organisation.
This has enabled us to reflect how differences in communication, processing, and sensory experiences will impact different people and help us on our journey of supporting all people in a variety of situations.
We commend Loren and Neurodiverse Training to you as you also continue on this learning journey.”
- Revd James Pickersgill, Bishop's Chaplain, Diocese of Leicester
