Screening Tool - Cognition
SQ-R
Systemizing Quotient - Revised
A 75-item self-report measure of systemizing developed by Wheelwright and Baron-Cohen (2006). It assesses the drive to analyze or construct systems - understanding rules, patterns, and how things work. Higher scores are associated with autism.
Important: This is a screening tool, not a diagnostic instrument. A score above 75 suggests high systemizing, which is associated with autism. However, many factors influence systemizing and a high score alone does not indicate autism. Please consult a qualified professional for diagnosis.

Your Neurodivergent Trait Profile
Based on your SQ-R answers. Higher systemizing maps to higher neurodivergent traits. Complete more quizzes to build a richer profile.
Reminder: This is a screening tool only. It does not provide a diagnosis. Systemizing is a cognitive style, not a deficit. High systemizing reflects a drive to understand rules, patterns, and how things work. If your results raise questions, consider speaking with a specialist who understands autism and neurodivergence.
