About This Session

This session explores reasonable adjustments in the workplace and why they are often misunderstood or inconsistently applied. It examines legal context, practical adjustments, and organisational responsibility, alongside the impact on access, wellbeing, and performance.

  • This is our session designed for neurodivergent staff by neurodivergent staff. We also deliver a version for teams supporting neurodivergent service users and for teams and managers working together.
